With this in mind, I have blended beans with body, flavor and richness to create a fantastic shot that is also great as a brewed coffee.

I created this blend for a friend that wanted a very smooth long lasting taste, that was a rich cup but had a kick to it. When I blended some of my favorite coffees and French pressed it for him his response was “That’s Serious Coffee” and the name stuck.
