Blended Coffee

House Blend
This is a rich coffee that should please each coffee drinker in your household. This is a blend of American coffees for body and Pacific coffees for depth.


Kahawa African Blend
This mostly African blend has a very rich, smooth and smoky flavor, but no aftertaste. Our taster describes it as a coffee that reaches out and grabs you and slaps you awake. Try some. Kahawa is Swahili for Coffee.


Kona Hawaiian Blend
This coffee is as smooth and refreshing as a trade wind. Full of wonderful Hawaiian Island Flavor. We use Kona Greenwell Farms beans in this mild blend complemented with other American beans. Premium coffee pricing applies.


Midnight Malabar
A combination of the sweet smokey Red Sea Blend with the nutty and Spicy Monsooned Malabar. a Dark Roast with the mellow overtones of a full bodied and light roasted bean.


Mocha Java
A traditional blend of the world's finest coffees. I take coffee from the island of Java and blend it with beans from the Mocha region of the world. This is not a flavored coffee, but you can taste hints of a thickness like bakers chocolate on top of a sophisticated, full bodied flavor.


Proprietor's Blend
A fantastic blend combining the smoky flavors of French Roast and rich South American coffees.


Red Sea Blend
This is a wonderful dark roasted blend of Ethiopian coffee beans, that produces a very full bodied and rich cup. Ethiopian Harrar from the Mocha region gives it a rich body and Ethiopian Sidamo gives it a kick of flavor.


Round Up Roast
This is my version of Cowboy Coffee. Growing up on a cattle ranch near Yosemite, I remember many roundups where the good strong coffee helped us make it through the days work. This is a blend that combines flavor, richness and spice, for Cowboys and Cowgirls who like to taste their coffee.


Sacramento River Roast
This is a crisp and clean blend that resembles the head waters of the Sacramento River in Northern California. The finest beans from three continents.


Sierra French Roast
Some people think that all French Roast is a blend, so I have placed it under origins and blends. The flavor here is all about roast. We start with a high quality bean with a good flavor and slow roast it to create a smoky sweet coffee, not burnt or bitter. Our French Roast has all those classic flavors dark roast aficionados love!


Sweet Italian Espresso Blend
This is a “Sweet Italian Style” of Espresso that was created especially for your espresso machine, to blend well with milk for a latte or other drink. Some espresso has a tendency to be too strong and fight with other flavors in the drink. With this in mind, I have blended beans with body, flavor and richness to create a fantastic shot that is also great as a brewed coffee.


That's Serious Coffee
I created this blend for a friend that wanted a very smooth long lasting taste, that was a rich cup but had a kick to it. When I blended some of my favorite coffees and French pressed it for him his response was “That’s Serious Coffee” and the name stuck.
