Some people think that all French Roast is a blend, so I have placed it under origins and blends. The flavor here is all about roast. We start with a high quality bean with a good flavor and slow roast it to create a smoky sweet coffee, not burnt or bitter. Our French Roast has all those classic flavors dark roast aficionados love!
This is a Sweet Italian Style of Espresso that was created especially for your espresso machine, to blend well with milk for a latte or other drink. Some espresso has a tendency to be too strong and fight with other flavors in the drink. With this in mind, I have blended beans with body, flavor and richness to create a fantastic shot that is also great as a brewed coffee.
This coffee is as smooth and refreshing as a trade wind. Full of wonderful Hawaiian Island Flavor. We use Kona Greenwell Farms beans in this mild blend complemented with other American beans. Premium coffee pricing applies.

This is a medium roasted decaffeinated Colombian coffee.
Supremo says it all about this high quality cup. This coffee is from the Huila region of Colombia and has a bright deep flavor, with a strong body and great aftertaste.

Sumatra Mandheling is a very full-bodied coffee. When you drink it, you can feel the richness settling in the corners behind your tongue. It has a relatively low acidity, but enough to keep the cup vibrant and interesting. The flavor, like the body, is rich, smooth, and full. ***This is the coffee I recommend to my customers that have stomach problems with high acid coffee.
I had a friend of mine want the ultimate French roast. Italian Roast coffee is roasted longer than French roast so more of the coffee oil comes out of the bean. The bean is very dark in color, with an intense smoky flavor from its African origins.
Kenyan coffee has a distinctive dry, winy aftertaste with a full-bodied richness. This is a coffee for those who like a dark roasted cup with a wild adventurous African flavor.
When I want a great medium roasted coffee I reach for Panama. It has a medium-body and is very flavorful and aromatic. The taste is bright, sweet and very satisfying.
Papua New Guinea is one of those great Indonesian coffees that are dark roasted to bring out its rich low acid flavor. PNG is not as full-bodied as Sumatra, but is a comfortably rich cup with nice low tones.
This is a very surprising great African coffee. The Dandoni Estate has produced a wonderfully rich African coffee with a full body that is balanced and complex. This AAA bean has been dark roasted to bring out its sweet flavor. Most importers rank Zimbabwe with the best Kenyan coffees.
Costa Rican coffee is considered a standard of quality and taste in the industry for a medium bodied coffee. Our Costa Rican is very smooth with a great flavor.
Brazil has long been known as the largest producer of Arabica coffee in the world. This coffee has a strong robust flavor with a long aftertaste. If you are looking for something to slap you awake, this is my recommendation.
A nice heavy bodied coffee that excites the back of your throat with robust flavor. Brazil beans are used as the base in most of the Pacific North Wests espresso blends.
This Central American coffee is a blend of the finest crops hand selected and then medium roasted for a well balance of the tones and notes you would expect from a Central American coffee.
This is considered by many as the coffee drinker's coffee. I find that it is well balanced and has a full rich body. I use it in my Mocha Java blend with Harar and as a brewed coffee.
I medium roast this coffee because it is very bright with a medium body and long lasting flavor. I use Panama in blends in the place of a Colombian for its bright taste, but it is top choice for a brewed coffee on its own.
Dark roasted for its incredible character. Sumatra is known for a rich syrupy flavor and earthy finish.

Tres Oros is a very smooth and well balanced coffee. I had my official taster try this coffee without telling him what I was looking for in the cup. He replied that it did not have high or low notes, but it was a very good basic cup of coffee. That is exactly what I wanted. It is a very good coffee for breakfast or all day. It is now my tasters favorite.

I created this blend for a friend that wanted a very smooth long lasting taste, that was a rich cup but had a kick to it. When I blended some of my favorite coffees and French pressed it for him his response was Thats Serious Coffee and the name stuck.

This blend was created for your house! This is a rich coffee that should please each coffee drinker in your household, from the timid to the espresso-maniac. This is a blend of American coffees for body and Pacific coffees for depth.
Kenyan, like the Arabian Mocha and the Ethiopian Harrar to the north, has a distinctive dry, winey aftertaste. At its best, however, it has a full-bodied richness that Ethiopian and even Mocha lack. Furthermore, it is improving, as growers respond to government incentives encouraging quality. This is a fine coffee for those who like the striking and unusual, not so winey as Ethiopian Harrar, fuller-bodied but more intense than Yemen Mocha.

The Necanicum meanders the length of Seaside. We have created a blend especially for the locals, using the popular smoky Red Sea blend. Adding a medium and lightly roasted bean to create a great cup! Necanicum is derived from Ne-hay-ne-hum, the name of an Indian lodge upstream. William Clark first used the native word Kill a mox on his map to identify a beautiful river that drained into the Pacific but crossed it out and named it Clatsop River on Jan. 7, 1806.

Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia, has been exporting an excellent coffee to the United States in recent years. It is a washed coffee grown on medium-sized farms, and still another variant on the acidy, winey-toned coffees of East Africa. Most importers rank Zimbabwe with the best Kenyan coffees.
The Dutch planted the first arabica trees in Java early in coffee history, and before the rust disease virtually wiped out the industry, Java led the world in coffee production. Under the sponsorship of the Indonesian government, arabica has made a modest comeback on several of the old estates originally established by the Dutch.
Java, like New Guinea, shares the low-toned richness of the other Indonesian and New Guinea coffees, but tends to be more obviously acidy, a bit lighter in body, and quicker to finish. Lurking in the acidity is a slight smoky or spicy twist.
Coffee labeled New Guinea usually comes from Papua New Guinea, which occupies the eastern half of the island of New Guinea. These coffees are grown in peasant patches and small plantations throughout the rugged mountain highlands. The best New Guinea coffee is estate- or plantation-grown. In general, New Guinea is a low-key version of the great Indonesian coffees: not as full-bodied as the best Sumatra, less acidy and aromatic than the best Celebes, but a comfortably rich cup.
The Colombian coffee industry is the giant of the fine, mild, coffee-producing countries of the world. Although it ranks second to Brazil with about 12 percent of the world's total coffee production compared with Brazil's 30 to 35 percent most of Colombia's 12 percent is excellent coffee, grown at high altitudes on small peasant holdings, carefully picked, and wet-processed.
Generally a mildly acid coffee, light-bodied but flavorful and aromatic, Panama, generally resembles the coffees of Mexico. Like Mexican, it is considered a "good blender" owing to its pleasant but understated character. Panama also is often used in dark roasts and as a base for flavored coffees.
We know it as "The Wild One", this coffee can provide a different experience with every cup. Most of the coffee from the Harar region is harvested from wild native trees and processed in very low tech fashion on small family farms. This results in a dizzying array of tastes that can vary significantly from harvest to harvest. Our current crop is on the full side of medium bodied with an aroma and taste akin to dried cherries. You may also detect a pleasant sandalwood aroma. An exotic, flavorful coffee for those looking for something out of the ordinary.
The flavor here is all about roast and nothing about origin. Why? Because when you french roast a coffee you generally mute its origin characteristics and create a brew that is slow roasted for a sweet and smoky flavor that can't be beat. Our French Roast has all those classic flavors dark roast aficionados love!
Italian Roast coffee is darker in colour than most roasted blends of coffee and consequently develops an intense, full-bodied flavour from African origins. It is richer and fuller and has a bit of a bite to it. The aroma is balanced and complex.

The highest grade of Colombian coffee is supremo. Colombian coffee at its finest is, like Costa Rican or the best Kona, a classic. No quality is extreme. This coffee is generally full-bodied and richly flavored. The best Colombians even have a slight winey tone reminiscent of African coffees, but these winey tones are elusive and never dominate.
